Our HomeOwners Association administers the Declaration of Covenants and maintains the common areas of the Cross Creek community, including the clubhouse and pool. Every Cross Creek homeowner has agreed to abide by the covenants which help to preserve our property values and make our community a better place to live.
 
 
HOA Alabama runs the day-to-day business of our HOA, while the board and the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) continue to fulfill their respective roles.

Trail Weeds

The tall weeds along a good portion of the walking trail are not due to HOA neglect. Rather, the Cross Creek resident who owns that portion of the wooded area will no longer allow the HOA to keep the weeds cut down.
Clubhouse Parking

Board Meeting Dates

Regular board meetings are now held quarterly instead of monthly - usually the first Wednesday of the first month of each quarter (Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct) from 6:00 to 7:00pm in the clubhouse. The purpose of these meetings is for the board and officers to discuss and vote on various issues. Please refer to the About the HOA page for information about addressing the board during these meetings.

  • The pool is closed until next season.
  • HOA Alabama is now handling the day-to-day operations of our HOA.
