Board Meeting Date Change

The board had another calendar conflict and has changed the date of the 4th quarter board meeting to Wednesday, October 7, at 6pm in the clubhouse.
Anyone from the community is welcome to attend, but only the board of directors may vote. If homeowners are present and wish to address the board, up to 15 minutes will be allocated at the beginning of the meeting. Homeowners may stay for the entire meeting or leave after they address the board. However, comments and questions after the 15-minute open session are restricted so that board members can conduct business in a timely manner.
Clubhouse Parking

Board Meeting Dates

Regular board meetings are now held quarterly instead of monthly - usually the first Wednesday of the first month of each quarter (Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct) from 6:00 to 7:00pm in the clubhouse. The purpose of these meetings is for the board and officers to discuss and vote on various issues.
