Covenants
Every Cross Creek homeowner has agreed to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. In September 2024, the community agreed via online referendum to amend certain parts of the Covenants. The results of the referendum can be found HERE and the official amendments document that was filed with the county probate court HERE.

HIGHLIGHTS
There are a great number of rules and restrictions laid out in the Covenants. The following is no substitute for reading, understanding and following them, but it can help to familiarize yourself with the most common community issues:
ENFORCEMENT
HOA Alabama, the board and ACC take great care to reasonably enforce the Covenants. Typically, we take a reactive stance – responding and addressing violations brought to our attention. The most frequent violations get a more proactive response in that we will periodically check for compliance.

OUTSIDE OUR SCOPE
There are a number of community related matters that are outside the scope of the HOA. Please contact the relevant government agency for help with these matters:
- Traffic
- Speeding
- Illegal parking
- Street lights
- Potholes & street maintenance
- Property developments outside of our boundaries
- Neighbor disputes
- Fireworks
