Our HomeOwners Association was established to administer the Declaration of Covenants and maintain the common areas of the Cross Creek subdivision, including the clubhouse and pool. Every homeowner has agreed to abide by the Covenants which help to preserve our property values and make our community a better place to live.
 
Elite Housing Management runs the day-to-day business of the HOA, while the Board and the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) continue to fulfill their respective roles.

Meeting Schedule Change

The regular board meeting for November has been canceled. Since no meeting is scheduled for December, the next regular board meeting will be the 2nd Wednesday in January - the 14th.
New Elite Portal

Effective October 2025, Elite has switched to a new software system, which means every resident will need to setup a new account in the new system, via the new portal. Please see the Elite page for the link.
Board Meetings

HOA Board Meeting times have changed to the 2nd Wednesday of each month from 6 to 7pm in the clubhouse. The purpose of these meetings is for the board and officers to discuss and vote on various issues. Anyone from the community is welcome to attend and observe but only the board members and officers may speak and vote. Homeowners may address the board at these monthly meetings during the 15 minutes at the beginning of the meeting.
