How to Reserve The Clubhouse
The clubhouse may only be reserved by Cross Creek homeowners. Each household gets 2 free uses of the clubhouse per year. Starting with the third reservation, the fee is $25 for each use.
 
Please read and understand the following Clubhouse Reservation Guidelines:  
  1. Check the Calendar on the HOA Alabama portal to see if the date you would like is available.
  2. Contact Reservations at HOA Alabama on the Contact HOA page to reserve your date and receive information for using the clubhouse.
  3. There is a $150 damage deposit required for your reservation.
  4. HOA Alabama will modify your electronic access privileges to allow temporary access to the clubhouse during the hours you request for your event. 
  5. Be sure to allow time for setup before and cleaning up after your event. Doors will automatically lock at the end of your reserved time and you will not be able to re-enter.
  6. The pool and back patio cannot be exclusively reserved for your event, so please be considerate of other HOA members who are using the pool area.
  7. Make sure the door to the hallway is closed and locked.
  8. Please utilize the provided checklists located on the clipboard in the clubhouse kitchen. 
  9. Within 24 hours, a representative from HOA Alabama or the HOA Board will check the clubhouse for cleanliness and any damages.
  10. If there are ANY damages, you will be assessed for all the costs to repair or replace whatever was damaged.

Before You Depart
 
NOTE: You must use either the digital phone app or electronic key fob that is assigned to your address for your private event because that is the one that will be temporarily programmed by HOA Alabama for the times you request. That is done electronically when your reservation is scheduled. If you have lost your key fob, you will need to contact HOA Alabama to obtain a new one. There is a $25 replacement fee.

All trash should be bagged and tied securely before being put in the trash bins. No loose trash should be put in the trash bins. This prevents the clubhouse and the patio area from attracting ants and other pests, as well as prevents loose trash from being spilled on the street when the garbage truck empties the bins.

To Prevent Damage That You Will Have to Pay For:
  • Do not use tape, thumbtacks, command strips, or anything else on any painted surface inside or outside the clubhouse.
  • Smoking and vaping are prohibited in or around the clubhouse and pool property.
  • Grilling is prohibited in and around the pool area or close to the clubhouse, including under the patio cover or front porch.
  • Glass bottles and containers are not allowed inside the pool fence, in the pool, or on the patio.
  • Broken glass in or around the pool would result in it having to be drained and cleaned and could cause serious injury.
  • Do not allow anyone to sit on the upholstered furniture while in wet swimsuits
Please Note: The blue pull stations by each exterior door are only for emergency use, such as for rapid egress in a fire or if the door maglocks won’t work in a power outage.
