How to Reserve The Clubhouse

The clubhouse may be reserved by Cross Creek homeowners. Each household gets 2 free uses of the clubhouse per year. Starting with the third reservation, the fee is $25 for each use.

Please read and understand the following Clubhouse Reservation Guidelines:

Check the Calendar on the Elite portal to see if the date you would like is available.
Contact Reservations at Elite Housing Management on the Contact HOA page to reserve your date and receive information for using the clubhouse.
There is a $150 returnable damage deposit due with each reservation, whether free or paid. Your reservation will be guaranteed once your deposit has been paid to Elite Housing Management.
- Payment can be made by mailing a check, online payment, or paying Elite in person.
- If mailing, please notify Elite and provide the check number or you may lose your reservation date.
- There may be a hold of up to 3 weeks before your security deposit is returned. It will be mailed as soon as possible following board approval.
Elite Housing Management will modify your electronic access privileges to allow temporary access to the clubhouse during the hours you request for your event.
Be sure you allow time for setup before and cleaning up after your event. Doors will automatically lock at the end of your reserved time and you will not be able to re-enter.
Please utilize the provided checklists located on the clipboard in the clubhouse kitchen.
Within 24 hours, a representative from the HOA Board will check the clubhouse for cleanliness and any damages before approving and notifying Elite to refund your security deposit.

NOTE: You must use the either the digital phone app or electronic key fob that is assigned to your address for your private event because that is the one that will be temporarily programmed by Elite Housing Management for the times you request. That is done electronically when your reservation is approved and scheduled. If you have lost your key fob, you will need to go to Elite's office to get a new one. There is a $25 replacement fee. It closes at 11:30 AM on Fridays, so you can't wait until the last minute to pick up your assigned fob and get it programmed for an event.

The HOA does not own folding tables and chairs for the clubhouse. There are several event rental places in the area where you can rent them.

All trash should be bagged and tied securely before being put in the trash bins. No loose trash should be put in the trash bins. This prevents the clubhouse and the patio area from attracting ants and other pests, as well as prevents loose trash from being spilled on the street when the garbage truck empties the bins.

If You Want Your Security Deposit Returned:

Do not use tape, thumbtacks, command strips, or anything else on any painted surface inside or outside the clubhouse.
Smoking and vaping are prohibited in or around the clubhouse and pool property.
Grilling is prohibited in and around the pool area or close to the clubhouse, including under the patio cover or front porch.
Glass bottles and containers are not allowed inside the pool fence, in the pool, or on the patio.
Broken glass in or around the pool would result in it having to be drained and cleaned and could cause serious injury.

NOTE: Violations may result in the forfeiture of your security deposit.

Please Note: The blue pull stations by each exterior door are only for emergency use, such as for rapid egress in a fire or if the door maglocks won’t work in a power outage.

If you use the pool, please read and obey the Pool Safety Rules. The pool and back patio cannot be exclusively reserved for your event, so please be considerate of other HOA members who are using the pool area.

If your clubhouse event will include using the pool, please do not allow anyone to sit on the upholstered furniture while in wet swimsuits, as the chlorine can damage upholstery and stain finishes.
