The Pool is officially OPEN
Hours: 8:00am to 10:00pm
 
The Pool is scheduled to close for the season on Monday, Oct 7, 2024
 
Please...be sure to turn off the floodlights, porch lights, and fans if you are the last to leave the pool area. Switches are inside the hall door. The underwater lights in the pool turn off automatically at 10:00pm.

Cross Creek Pool Safety Rules
  1. No lifeguard is on duty.
  2. Members must accompany guests.
  3. Children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. 
  4. No running, diving, pushing, rowdy horseplay, bikes, skateboards, or loud music.
  5. NO SMOKING OR VAPING inside the pool fence and in or around the clubhouse.
  6. No gum or food is allowed near the pool. 
  7. NO GLASS BOTTLES OR CONTAINERS ARE ALLOWED INSIDE THE POOL FENCE.
  8. Please use tables for eating and drinking; properly dispose of all trash.
  9. Persons with open sores or health conditions such as colds, ear fungus, skin diseases, diarrhea, etc. are not permitted in the pool.
  10. No diapers are allowed in the pool. Children must wear disposable swim pants and/or protective wear designed for pool use. If an incident occurs, please call the emergency number on the gate so the pool can be closed for cleaning and disinfecting.
  11. No pets are allowed inside the pool gate, except for service dogs.
  12. Each member is responsible for cleaning up after themselves and their guests in the pool area and in the restrooms.
Also...
  • The life rings are for safety. They are NOT toys to be used by swimmers.
  • No grilling in or around the pool and clubhouse or under the covered patio and front porch.
  • Make sure furniture is put back in its proper place (new lounge chairs coming 2025).
  • Place trash in small trash cans and put only bagged garbage in the large green cans.
  • For emergencies, call 911.

Electronic Pool Gate Access
 
Every Cross Creek resident must use either the designated digital phone app or electronic key fob to gain access to the Cross Creek pool and clubhouse. Each homeowner is permitted a limit of two electronic keys. These may be any combination of digital app and/or physical key fob. The first key, whether app or fob, is free of charge. The second key, whether app or fob, is $25. Each access is assigned to one email address, is non-refundable and non-transferable. Please use the Contact-HOA link to obtain the app and/or fob. 
 
To enter and exit the pool gate you simply need to have your phone (with the app installed and activated) or your assigned key fob on your person and wave your hand in front of the sensor. No need to start the app or touch your phone or fob to the sensor. To enter and exit the restroom hall, same process.
 
 
NOTE: Your access is deactivated during the times the pool is closed.
 
Please do not allow anyone without electronic access, other than your family and guests, to enter the pool gate with you, or open the gate for anyone who asks. That would defeat the purpose of providing security for our HOA members and facilities. Any resident who grants entry to another resident will result in loss of pool privileges for that household for the pool season. This also applies to the resident who was allowed in.
 
If you have lost your key fob or did not receive one when you moved into the neighborhood, contact Elite Housing Management. There is a $25 replacement fee for lost fobs.
 
Access will be deactivated if dues and/or fines are delinquent and will be reactivated when accounts are made current.
 
Key cards previously issued to residents (prior to August 29, 2024) will no longer function.
