Please remember...No additions or changes to the outside of your property, including your home’s landscaping, should be started without prior ACC approval. You risk the ACC having to levy fines or take other measures, such as the removal of unapproved projects, to ensure compliance if you do not request prior approval.
Article VI of the Cross Creek Covenants authorizes the ACC to approve or disapprove of any and all exterior modifications to homes in the community. Everyone who owns a home in Cross Creek agreed to these Covenants when they signed their deeds and/or moved into the community.
