The Architectural Control Committee
 
Because we live in a community governed by a Homeowners Association, there are specific procedures and rules we must follow in order to maintain the standards of our community. The HOA Covenants, Rules, and Restrictions are designed to hold our community to certain standards that will maintain and, hopefully, increase our property values, which will be important when selling your home. Everyone who owns a home in Cross Creek agreed to these Covenants, Rules, and Restrictions when they signed their deeds.
 
Please remember...No additions or changes to your outdoor property, including your home’s exterior and landscaping, should be started without prior ACC approval. You risk the ACC having to levy fines or take other measures, such as the removal of unapproved projects, to ensure compliance if you do not request prior approval. See how to submit requests below.

Always contact the ACC through Elite Housing Management before starting any outdoor building projects or exterior improvements to your home or yard.
