chevron_rightHow can HOA members be a good neighbor?
Homeowners should maintain their property according to neighborhood standards by making sure their grass is mowed, trimmed, and edged on a regular basis. Grass and weeds should not be allowed to grow above acceptable heights. Weeds should be treated so they don't take over the grass and spread to other yards. In the fall, be sure fallen leaves are removed from your yard regularly. When cutting grass and removing leaves, be sure your clippings and leaves are not blown out in the street - the debris gets washed into the gutters and causes drainage problems.Homeowners should keep the outside of their homes, trees, and plant beds clean, well-maintained, and trimmed when needed and up to the standards of the neighborhood.
