  • chevron_rightHow is the Cross Creek HOA organized?
The Cross Creek HOA is incorporated as the Cross Creek Homeowners Association, Inc. - a non-profit corporation under the laws of the State of Alabama. See the ABOUT page for more details.
  • chevron_rightWho belongs to the Cross Creek HOA?
Each of the owners of the 228 homes in the Cross Creek subdivision is a member of the Homeowners Association. Regardless of the number of owners of each lot, only one vote is cast for each lot.
  • chevron_rightWhat is a Homeowners Association?
HOAs are organizations that handle the upkeep of a neighborhood’s common areas and enforce standards of property usage in accordance with a Declaration of Covenants, Constraints and Restrictions, commonly referred to as the Covenants.
  • chevron_rightI'd like to help. How do I volunteer?
Just go to the Contact HOA page and send a message to the HOA Board (pull down the Send To menu). Let us know if you have any particular areas you would like to focus on. We will be in touch.
  • chevron_rightWhat are the details behind hiring the management company, HOA Alabama? (Updated)
Please see the special FAQ page - HERE.
  • chevron_rightHow can HOA members be a good neighbor?
Homeowners should maintain their property according to neighborhood standards by making sure their grass is mowed, trimmed, and edged on a regular basis. Grass and weeds should not be allowed to grow above acceptable heights. Weeds should be treated so they don't take over the grass and spread to other yards.

In the fall, be sure fallen leaves are removed from your yard regularly. When cutting grass and removing leaves, be sure your clippings and leaves are not blown out in the street - the debris gets washed into the gutters and causes drainage problems.

Homeowners should keep the outside of their homes, trees, and plant beds clean, well-maintained, and trimmed when needed and up to the standards of the neighborhood.
