You will use your portal account to:

Request an Architectural Review before starting any outdoor building projects or exterior improvements to your home or yard. You may submit questions pertaining to the approval process.
- You can submit a completed package, ie. plat, pictures, and other documentation, regarding all desired exterior changes/additions to your home/yard.
- Your completed form will be forwarded to the Cross Creek HOA’s ACC for review and approval.

Pay HOA dues and fines
Get verification of account standing for home sales and refinancing
- If you sell your home, have the closing agent contact Elite to request a statement indicating you have paid your HOA dues and any other information that may be needed.
- Please ask the buyer to provide their contact information to Elite so an account can be set up for them and the HOA can be notified.
